The Verification Playbook (“the Product”) is a digital publication — an ebook delivered as Markdown and PDF files — published under the agentheavy name by an independent software engineer (“we”, “us”).
Paid orders are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record. Your contract of sale for the Product is with Paddle; Paddle handles payment processing, sales taxes/VAT, receipts, and refunds. Paddle’s own terms apply to the checkout.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Product and its bundled asset files (scripts, prompts, templates) in your own work, including commercial software projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish the Product itself or substantial portions of it.
The purchase includes lifetime updates to the Product’s current edition, delivered through the same channel as the original download.
The Product is provided “as is”. It describes engineering practices; applying them is your responsibility, and we accept no liability for outcomes in your projects. Nothing here is legal or financial advice.
